In 4Life’s Diploma of Community Services you will learn how to assist clients in the community using a strengths-based recovery model. The strengths-based recovery model focuses on assisting vulnerable clients by drawing on their strengths and resources, empowering the client to make choices and lead their own recovery. With skills in this versatile and effective model of client support you will be well placed to work as a case worker in a range of sectors including youth services, housing services and migration centres.
